I highly recommend talking to Aaron and the team at Mortgage Choice Belmont when thinking about applying for a mortgage. I am a solo first home buyer and was finding the whole process a bit overwhelming to approach on my own and had spoken to a few other mortgage brokers previously but chose to go with Aaron in the end as he was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable without putting any pressure on making a decision to go ahead. He specifically understands the challenges that affect younger buyers such as large HECS debts as he is a millennial too. Once I was ready to take the leap into applying for a loan he helped me through every step of the process. Michael Killiner was a fantastic mortgage broker throughout the purchase of our 2nd property Our purchase was complex in the requirement of securing a refinancing of our existing mortgage. We had the pleasure of Michael killiner guiding us through the process of buying our first family home. The process for us was far to difficult to handle by ourselves and lucky we had Michael, throughout all stages of purchasing our family home he was there to assist, late night phone calls before putting in offers right through to getting the keys he was right there with us.
