Very happy with the process - first home loan in 40 years so I had little idea about what to do but Greg and his team walked me through with little effort on my behalf.

My dad can be a real pain in the butt, and Greg was fantastic with this. He was fantastically patient in helping us (who knew nothing) understand the intricacies of the process and eased all of our stresses as we raised them. Where problems arose, he was quick to find solutions and made the process 1000 times less stressful than it could (and should) have been.

Greg and the team at Malvern Mortgage Choice have provided broker services to my wife and I for three consecutive properties - we keep coming back for good reason. The attention paid to our needs and timely follow ups have made for a hassle free experience each time, including a particularly challenging deadline with an auction opportunity which gave us the confidence we needed. I particularly liked that good record keeping meant that if our broker was unavailable then other supporting team members could actually correspond with me and act to progress our applications rather than leaving us to wait until our allocated person was back.
I highly recommend Greg and all the team at Mortgage Choice Unley, Malvern Burnside. Not only did Greg negotiate a great loan for us when we refinanced 3 years ago and ensured not just the loan but all our financial needs were met but he recently contacted us to check if we wanted to have a home loan health check......a quick phone call from Greg resulted in him negotiating a further 0.21 rate reduction on our loan. He told me exactly what other banks were offering and after taking the savings into account, switching loans would still save me money based on the considerable difference in interest rates valuable information I could use to renegotiate with Westpac. By the way, that was a courtesy phone call. He didn't make any money out of that.
