Alf Neubauer has been a mortgage broker since 2001, and worked in the finance industry for 15 years before that. Offering loan options from a wide range of lenders, he keeps his clients informed throughout the application, approval, documentation and settlement process.

“I provide my clients with investment and home loan options that are the right fit for their needs and circumstances,” explains Alf. “I am careful to explain the features and benefits of each loan in plain English. I always listen and answer any question no matter how big or small and this helps ensure that home owners and investors alike will be able to make informed choices.”

“When dealing with a bank via its branches the staff may tend to structure a customer’s loans to suit the bank’s processes and procedures. I inform my clients about how to structure their loans to their maximum benefit and then make sure that’s exactly what the bank delivers to us.”

Protecting his clients from the stress and frustration that sometimes arises when securing a new home loan is all part of Alf’s service. “I aim to make the home loan process as stress free and simple as possible,” he says. “That’s the beauty of using a mortgage broker, I do all the leg work for you with the banks!”

For Alf, the most gratifying aspect of his job is helping his clients achieve their financial goals. “When clients refer their family and friends, there is nothing better than being able to help them purchase their dream property, get a better deal on their existing loan or achieve their investment goals,” he says.
