Alf did an exceptional job and I would recommend him without hesitation. His communication throughout the process was fantastic, and he went above and beyond to help us resolve follow up issues with the lender. A true legend of the mortgage industry.

I am in the process of purchasing a family home. This will be the 3rd time I have engaged with Alf for a home loan (1st flat, 1st marital home and now 2nd marital home).
The reason I\'ve kept returning to Alf is that he makes the complicated, easy.
We\'ve always discussed all home loan options (included his recommendation) before proceeding and he spent the time to explain everything to me.
Therefore, I always understood all of my responsibilities and obligations.
He kept me abreast of how my application was progressing and remained in contact after settlement.
I would highly recommend him to all of my family and friends.
Alf helped us find a much better loan at a much better rate than our current Bank had us on. He was always able to answer all our questions so we felt well informed and comfortable with the whole process. He and his Client Care Manager Jodie constantly monitored our loan application so the whole refinance went through smoothly and without any stress. Although off to a rocky start, once Alf and I started working together he proved to be a wealth of knowledge and was able to get the right fit for me which aligns with my long term goals. Our Adviser was great in setting up the loan that suited our needs it took away alot of stress that occurs when filling out loan applications that you are not comfortable with. Unfortunately most problems occurred after the loan was completed with the Commonwealth Bank calculating the wrong amount of stamp duty and taking so long to correct. They should take an example from Alf in getting things done properly.
Alf has been fantastic! We have now used him twice with purchasing our homes and he has always made things easy to understand and no question is too much trouble. takes the confusion out of everything for us! Would use him again and recommend him as well!
