Nikki was fantastic to work with, we dealt with Nikki more than we did Beau. Nikki definitely helped my stress and panic being a first home buyer. Nikki was really receptive and would get back to me as quick as she could. I genuinely don't think I could have got through this process without her.
When we did deal with Beau he was knowledgeable but communication was a bit rocky at first but improved once I set out clearly what we needed in terms of communication- our needs may be different to anyone else being first home buyers, I only wish that I had done this from the start.
I would recommend them but i would also suggest having a clear discussion of your needs when you first contact Mortgage Choice Coorparoo to ensure smooth operations.
