Whilst building her own property portfolio, Belinda has experienced first-hand the processes and challenges involved when securing finance which has given her an in-depth understanding of the lending landscape and how to navigate it.
‘I have been through the process of buying and selling property for the past 15 years and I know how nerve-racking the whole process can be, so I can really put myself in my clients’ shoes,’ she says.
With a broad knowledge of the various lending policies and loan products available and an unwavering commitment to achieving a positive outcome for her clients, Belinda works hard to find and negotiate the right loan to suit each client’s requirements.
Her approach is aimed at simplifying and streamlining the borrowing process so clients can move ahead with their purchases faster. ‘Time is of the essence for those applying, so getting the details right first time, every time is important,’ Belinda says. ‘This really minimises the back-and-forth between the broker/clients and the lender. I like to make the loan transaction as pain-free as possible.’
She maintains clear and open communication channels with her clients and lenders so is able to promptly respond to queries and proactively update clients on how their application is proceeding.
Belinda can assist with home loans, investment loans, construction loans, personal loans, refinancing, car leasing/financing and asset financing. She can also help take the stress out of borrowing for first home buyers, home builders and people who are self-employed.
Although based on the NSW South Coast, Belinda offers fully mobile service with clients across Metropolitan Sydney and the Blue Mountains.
