Lisa was efficient, extremely patient and understanding with a slow situation from our end, exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and answered questions happily and thoroughly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa.

Ben helped me when no other highly rated broker was willing to, and I shopped around and spoke to them all. Ben went the extra mile for sure and secured 2 loans for me to purchase 2 properties. I was told by the most highly rated on google it couldn't be done. Ben Nolan did it! I would recommend Ben to anyone. He is polite, very informative and with you the whole way through. I will only deal with Ben from now on. He is understanding, professional and a great bloke. I can't give him a bigger wrap. I could have never done what I've done without him and I have total confidence and trust. Ben Nolan is the man!
I couldn't recommend Ben enough for all of his guidance throughout the home loan process. As a first home buyer I had A LOT of questions and every query was responded to quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble. He is extremely knowledgeable and approachable - I won't ever use anyone else!

From our experience, there was no room for improvement. 5 star service from beginning to end. Ben was not only able to explain things better than our conveyancer, he also pre-empted some mistakes our conveyancer made. Ben was always available via phone or email and was quick to respond to any question. Ben took the stress out of not only the mortgage side of things but also the conveyancing and settlement. Given Ben and Lisa's professionalism, prompt communication and ease of service - we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Thanks again.

They were so helpful and at a time a previous broker had left me feeling a little unimportant so was great to get the help I needed and so quickly esp as time was ticking.
