Dealing with Brenton was easy and friendly and he always had our best interest at heart. Rachael has been excellent dealing with our builder to push outcomes to save us money and delays in the build start of our home. Great people.

Hi I have used Brenton Roltons services for around 10 years now. He is always more than happy to accommodate whatever we need and listens to what we want and advises how to achieve.
Brenton and his team went above and beyond and assisted when our financial institution threw some curve balls into the mix, making sure everything went smoothly while we were busy buying and selling houses.

Brenton has been an advisor for Michelle and me for the past seven years, and has recently helped us gain an extension on our existing loan for a significant home improvement. Brenton's help in this rather difficult process involved navigating around property/equity valuation issues that threatened to derail our project. Further stipulations from the bank on our builder involving builders insurance also caused serious hiccups, but Brenton found a solution to every problem. From arranging and disputing multiple valuations to investigating loans with other lenders and following up with our lender, Brenton made everything happen. Simply, were it not for Brenton and his diligence, we would not have a new decking and alfresco area that has become a wonderful centrepiece of our home.
