We'll require you to complete a Fact Find and provide basic income documents. We'll also calculate your borrowing power, estimate repayments and answer any questions that you may have.
3. Prepare the application:
Once we've helped you choose the loan that's right for you, we'll prepare your loan application and guide you through the process

4. Track your application:
We’ll keep you up to date on the process of your application every step of the way.

5. Congratulations, your loan is unconditionally approved!
This is a formal acknowledgement that the lender has approved your loan application.

6. Sign off time!
Once your loan is approved, your loan documents will be issued for signing

7. Loan settlement:
For loans related to a property purchase, your solicitor or conveyancer will coordinate settlement directly with the lender, based on the contract’s settlement date. For refinancing your loan, the lenders will handle the document exchange directly. Rest assured that our settlement team will oversee this process.

8. Loan settlement & ongoing support:
