Our Mortgage Choice brokers are local to you
We are local to you
Across our team of 4 Mortgage brokers and our Loan administrators, we live, work, and play in the local area, so we're never far away when you need Home loan support.
Blackwood, 5051
Mortgage Choice Blackwood is located at 2/174 Main Road Blackwood. You can find us on the Main Road, just next to Blackwood Hire. We've been here for 16 years, and we love that our office is within walking distance to The Perfect Note Cafe for coffee runs, and the Belair Hotel for cheeky Friday afternoon wines.
Belair, 5052
Cathy and Reece both live in Belair and have done for over 20 years. They love the natural setting and access to the beautiful walking trails in the nearby parks. On a weekend you can find Sam and her family in the Belair National Park, climbing trees and running through the Tunnel playground. She even took her wedding photos there.
Glenalta, 5052
Nestled between the Train line and the National Park, there's a sweet spot with big blocks, big trees, and Koalas on your doorstep. A hidden gem... shhh, don't tell anyone!
Hawthorndene, 5051
Boasting one of Adelaide's only Recreation parks where you can have off-lead dogs, Hawthorndene is full of unique treats. We also love Apex Park and Joan's Pantry for a milkshake after a bike ride along Minnow creek.
Coromandel Valley, 5051
Sam is a Coromandel Valley resident, and both her children attend the local Primary school where she is also the Governing Council Chairperson. Right on the border of the two councils, Mitcham and Onkaparinga, Coromandel Valley stretches from the edge of Blackwood all the way through to Aberfoyle Park. And you can't go down Main Road without stopping at Bake Bakery for a Cronut!
Craigburn Farm, 5051
With a mix of brand new and established homes, Craigburn Farm has something for everyone, including Big Slide Park for the little kids, and Sturt Gorge Recreation Park for the big kids. The newly opened Sturt River Linear Park trail takes you all the way from Frank Smith Park to the start of the Gorge. One of our favourite Conveyancers lives there, as well as our office manager.
Eden Hills, Bellevue Heights, 5050
Now here's an area of Adelaide that you can't be 50 50 on. Shepherds Hill road slices straight through the middle of these two suburbs, with the Sturt Gorge on one side, Shepherds Hill Recreation Park on the other, and the beautiful Wittunga Botanic Gardens right at the top. Coming down the hill you get a stunning vista of the beach, and easy access onto the Southern Expressway for a day trip to McLaren Vale. Did somebody say Shiraz?
Flagstaff Hill, Chandlers Hill, Aberfoyle Park and Happy Valley, The 5159's
Spanning from Black Road down to Reynell Road, the 5159's have some of the best family friendly homes in the area. There's great schools, great shopping centres and now with the Happy Valley reservoir and Glenthorne Farm open for recreation use, theres even more reasons to buy a home in the 5159's.
Mitcham Hills
Just on the southern edge of Adelaide where the suburbs meet the hills, you'll find Mitcham Hills. Suburbs like Lynton, Clapham, Springfield, Bronwhill Creek and Mitcham boast some of the most spectacular homes in Adelaide, including Tom's! Characterised by some of the most prestigious schools in Adelaide, like Merecedes College, Scotch College, Unley and Urbrae, many of our kids have travelled down the hill for their schooling. Have you braved the climb on Brown Hill Creek to look over the Adelaide Plains? It's one of our favourite hikes! Don't forget to feed the maggie under the lone tree.
Adelaide Hills
There's no better place to live in our humble opinion. Once you leave the foothills and delve depper into the Hills, you'll find gems like Upper Sturt, Crafers, Stirling, Cherry Gardens, Coromandel East and Heathfield. Hobby farms, acreage, big blocks with winter streams and wildlife galore! If we can help you buy your next home in the lovely Adelaide Hills, get in touch today!
