Cathy Anderson is one of Australia’s most successful and recognised mortgage brokers, with a string of awards attesting to her extensive knowledge and expertise, commitment to outstanding customer service and passion for meeting the needs of her clients.

Cathy has won multiple industry awards including Broker of the Year at the Australian Mortgage Awards and several Mortgage and Finance Industry Association of Australia (MFAA) awards, including MFAA Operator of the Year – the highest accolade in the Australian mortgage broking industry.

Taking her role very seriously, Cathy is a trusted adviser who helps her clients achieve their goals. “I love being able to exceed the expectations of my clients. They initially see me believing that my role will simply be to help them get a home loan for a new property or to refinance but then discover that I can add considerable value to their overall financial situation,” she says.

“In building meaningful and long-term relationships with my clients, I am able to assist them to manage their finances to achieve their goals, maximise opportunities and manage any unforeseen challenges.”

Cathy opened the Blackwood office in 2005, and has more than 30 years of finance industry experience. She is able to offer the products from multiple lenders. 

Accredited with the MFAA, Cathy has completed her Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance Services (Financing/Mortgage Broking) and RG146 studies.

“I am very grateful for the fact that I have been able to build my business on the referrals of my many satisfied clients and that they feel they can recommend my services with confidence,” she says.

Cathy offers a nationwide service from her office at 2/174 Main Road, Blackwood.

Sam is motivated by a genuine desire to help her clients successfully navigate the various stages of their property buying journey.

“From the initial phase of assessing their lending requirements, right through to the purchase or refinance of their home or property investment, I provide guidance and assistance to ensure every client feels comfortable and confident in their choice of loan product,” Sam says.

Sam specialises in first home buyers , and draws on her professional background in real estate to help her clients make informed decisions. ‘I have over 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry, including eight years working for Australia’s largest property website, realestate.com.au,’ she explains.

“My thorough knowledge of the property industry means I am well placed to assist you in purchasing your dream home. I understand the administrative complexity involved in securing finance, as well as the emotional component of purchasing property. This can be the biggest and most important purchase of your life, so it makes sense to have someone on your side who understands the start and end of the home-buying process.”

Sam is proud to be a key member of the highly successful Mortgage Choice Adelaide and Blackwood team, who have won many mortgage broking awards in recent years. Sam has been a finalist for both the MFAA and FBAA Newcomer Award for SA in 2023.

Sam is a long-term resident of Southern Adelaide and has a good understanding of the local market. She is fully mobile and operates from both the Blackwood and Adelaide CBD locations.

Tom's background in Account Management brings exceptional problem solving skills and customer service experience. He has an innate understanding of his clients needs and works with them to achieve the best result.

Tom is able to assist a range of borrowers, particularly those making their first move into the property market, either to buy their own home or an investment property. He specialises in Self Employed and business customers, including asset finance and short term funding solutions.
