We went to Chris as we wanted to refinance our current mortgage to get a better rate with a new lender and also consolidate some debt to make repayments more manageable. Chris and Joanne made the process so seamless. Chris really listened to us and at no point did we feel he was trying to 'sell' us anything, but instead worked with us to get us the best possible outcome for our situation. We had such a headache through another lender getting our mortgage in the first place not through Chris Joanne, so for this process this time round to be made so easy was amazing. We just had our settlement and are super happy with the outcome we've achieved. Highly recommend and we know exactly where to go when we're ready for house 2.
