Craig was absolutely great to deal with. His calm manor and relaxed personality made me feel very relaxed in making rather big decisions throughout the whole process. He would often call me to make sure everything was going smoothly and incase I had an questions. The only small thing that was stressful, was not being aware I had to sort out the house insurance prior to the deal going through. This was no problem to sort out but it just slipped my mind and I feel as though it wasn't clear enough to me. I have been availing Neil and Craig Sherry's services for the past 10 or so years and it provides me great comfort in going back to them as they are genuine, careful and conservative in their approach. This means that whatever they suggest is doable, the banks answer never contradicts. Great, reliable and consistent service.
We had a tight timeline to meet and Craig was excellent in the support he provided. We felt informed throughout the whole process and have appreciated the follow up once the move was complete.
When the mortgage was set up with the bank I had to call them to clarify something. They asked if I arranged the mortgage and I explained that my mortgage broker had, the bank representative said "that makes sense" and then warned me that I would never ever ever hear from my mortgage broker again. I advised them that my mortgage broker was readily available and had already continued to keep in contact with me vu's phone calls and email (from Craig and his team). The bank rep was surprised. I wasn't :)

Neil Brandis took over after a product was selected, and he was a great help in getting things happening and offering recommendations for a settlement agent. My only suggestion would be to advise prospective first home buyers to allow more than 14 days for finance approval when making an offer on a property!

Because of ommissions and poor advice, I am currently in a less than ideal situation with my home loans. It has already cost me money in real terms and costs me more each month. It has resulted in my moving funds between my accounts in a much less than ideal way and will always result in lost net income from my investment property (in terms of taxation purposes), as well as costing me more in interest and fees on my P&I loan on my primary residence. I regret ever stepping into the office.

Craig showed me a range of mortgages with competitive rates but suggested I maintain my existing mortgage and negotiated a better rate on my behalf. Just thought that showed a lot of honesty and integrity
Craig was fantastic but we had a little hiccup with our Loan agreement expiring. (our block took 14 months to settle) and when we went to Bankwest to draw the money, it wasn't available. Maybe something needs to be put in place that 'flags' when a loan is undrawn. We had to re-apply for finance at the 'midnight hour' and Craig and his team were nothing short of amazing to get this pushed through for us. Kindest regards

Excellent service. The only negative was that we had to submit the loan documents to the bank twice because my wife's middle name was left off the original application by one of Craig's assistants. We weren't in any great hurry for the loan to be approved, so the delay didn't affect us greatly.

Both Neil and Craig assisted us - yet again. The only thing that really annoys me about your system is that it's impossible to find a direct Perth line number anywhere. If you are ringing from the eastern states, you can only get the eastern states office, and that closes 2-3 hours earlier. I guess not many people buy houses in WA from the east - but we have twice now, and both times this has been really annoying. Luckily, your people more than make up for it!
