‘I listen carefully to identify my customers’ needs and objectives and assess their financial information against lenders’ parameters. From there I am able to match their needs to lenders with suitable product offerings and present a range of solutions,’ she says.
Cynthia believes her personal experience as an enthusiastic real estate buyer and investor gives her a first-hand appreciation for the level of assistance her clients require, and this informs her responsive, empathetic approach. In addition, clients benefit from her high-level professional expertise.
‘I have a sound knowledge of the vast range of loan products and policies available on the market, and am always looking out for my customers’ best interests when dealing with the lenders on their behalf,’ she explains. ‘I also have the ability to translate and explain the lenders’ jargon to my customers to help them understand the ins and outs of the whole process.’
Following a high-level and varied career, Cynthia has a diverse and versatile skillset. ‘I have experience in a broad range of roles in commercial finance, accounting, medical device manufacturing, public sector as well as residential banking,’ she says. Cynthia spent 15 years working for major finance institutions including GE Capital Finance, CBA and Westpac and has managed all levels of debt size from $3m–$130m across different industry segments.
Cynthia can assist with home and investment loans, asset finance, business and commercial loans. She is fully mobile and covers all areas across Sydney with a focus on suburbs in the South West.
