David Hodge is determined to offer clients in the Gawler–Barossa Valley region “better choices”. He says the average home or investment property borrower can often save thousands of dollars by refinancing or using a professional mortgage broker to find them a great home loan deal.
“As a Mortgage Choice broker, I have access to a wide range of lenders which means I can often help clients save a considerable amount by looking outside just one or two lenders, at a broad range of products,” he says. “There are much better home loan opportunities out there than many people realise.”

David suggests it’s important for home owners to regularly review their loan with the help of a mortgage broker. “No one really knows what’s around the corner, so it’s appropriate to regularly take stock of whether your home loan is still right for you, particularly if you’ve been with the same lender for years. Chances are you may well be able to save thousands of dollars by reassessing your situation.”

It’s important to listen to a client’s current needs and discuss their future goals to gain a complete understanding of their situation now and for many years to come.”
David draws on a wealth of experience when assisting his clients, having spent 25 years in banking and finance, including 15 years in lending finance. He has lived in the Barossa Valley for 15 years, and has built a strong local reputation.
