David has worked tirelessly from our first interaction when we started the process of gaining finances for a new build over a year ago. His professionalism and attentiveness has made our experience with the building industry pleasant and enjoyable given the challenging circumstances that we faced. We have recently refinanced and have enjoyed the process which was made simple and stress free by David. He got us a better rate and the process was simple and painless. I trust David completely and recommend him to anyone seeking assistance with their finances.

David was incredible, once again. With the recent changes to lending regulations my application prices proved a little complicated, especially with a refinance thrown in. But David was amazing keeping me updated the entire time, ensuring that the banks were moving as sticky as possible to finalise settlement. He has been fantastic. as it is my first home he has answered all my questions even the silly ones! I have recommended him to a few of my friends and he has saved them a lot of money. David is always available whenever you need him and I like that he comes to you when you need documents signed or even just looked over. He has just been amazing and I'm glad I went through a broker for my mortgage needs.

I would like to say that David Hodge went above and beyond what i thought he had to do to ensure my loan changeover and bank change over went ahead with minimal delays actually NO delays and kept me informed daily at where my acoounts sat and at what stage the process was at. David is a massive asset in my opinion to Smartline and would encourage as many friend/associates as possible to use David Hodge and Smartline if needed.
David is very helpful and has the ability to not only explain things in laypersons terms, but wants to make sure you understand all the information. Nothing is too hard for David and he treats novices like us with the utmost of respect answering all of the questions no matter how many times we asked them so that we could get our head around it. Thoroughly recommend him to anyone that need any home loan advice whatsoever

I thought the time taken for the whole process of switching my loan over was a little too long, dragged out. Not enough notice given of settlement date, received an e-mail notifying me of this 1 day prior.

Dave was a legend. He made the whole process so easy for me. He did all the reasearch and presented me with the best options and kept me informed the whole time. Told Dave that he needs to open an office here. Have already recommended him to 3 people. Next time we are looking for a mortgage Dave will be my on and only stop!
