Couldn't speak of my experience with David more highly.
Having moved over from NZ, there were several factors that made my first home purchase more complicated. Not only Did David assist, but provided invaluable knowledge, experience and reasurance thoughout the entire process.
He was always available, went beyond expectations and I couldn't have done it without him.

David is a fantastic broker. I purchased my first home with no help and zero knowledge of the process, and having Davids support was invaluable. In a process where its hard to know whose advice to trust, its so important to have a trustworthy broker to guide you. I quite literally couldnt have done it without him. David also recommended a conveyancer who again was extremely helpful. I couldnt recommend David enough.
David had been so helpful and professional in helping us realising our goals. He went above and beyond, been extremely patient and informative. He understands the industry well but at the same looks after our best interests. He is the best we have encountered and recommend him - gold star .

We cannot recommend David too highly. He is the third broker we approached to refinance our investment property, as we are both retired, we were told by the first two brokers that there was nothing that could be done to obtain refinancing and get a better interest rate. Then along came David, what a pleasure it was to deal with him, from the start he filled us with confidence that something could be done, it was just a matter of finding the correct lender. Throughout the whole process he kept us informed of his progress, always answered the phone whenever we called. The final outcome was that not only did he obtain another 30years loan period but with a 2 reduced interest rate saving us hundreds of dollars a month in repayments. I will definitely pass on his name to anyone I come into contact with that is looking for one of the best brokers in the business.

David was absolutely amazing! As an ‘older’ borrower I had real concerns about whether I’d be able to secure another home loan after having sold my current home. After much stress, I reached out to David and not only was he able to get an appropriate home loan for me, he was the voice of calm when I needed it.

Can't recommend David highly enough. As an 'older' borrower, I had considerable concerns about how I would go applying for a bank loan again for a new property after the recent sale of my home. This was a stressful time until I reached out to David who reassured me, after looking at my financial situation, that he believed I would be ok. He was a calming presence when I needed it. David was very thorough in his preparation of my home loan application - way beyond anything I could have prepared on my own. He is responsive and highly professional. And the relief when he was able to secure a desirable home loan for me Well that was a day of celebration

David Honey is a great mortgage broker. He would take phone calls and respond to emails at any time that he was called. He was re-assuring and helped us with the choosing of loans. I would highly recommend him to any person looking to purchase a house.

David was always easy to reach and happy to explain things when we had questions. David did a lot of work to find a lender who would give us a loan, we obtained finance really quickly once we applied and we got a very competitive rate! very happy
Very grateful to David for assisting my partner and I to obtain a loan for our first home. David went above and beyond to find the right lender for us, in circumstances where the majority of banks weren't interested in our situation. My partner is a contract worker and his industry was hit hard by COVID, but despite that David found us a very competitive loan. David was very responsive to phone calls and/or emails when every we had questions. Would highly recommend!

We have worked with David Honey for sometime to get us to the point where we were ready to buy our first home. He got us on the right track and finally we are in our first home. David was knowledgable and worked hard to get our approval in time.
