We have used David Thomas on 3 occasions and he has be instrumental in helping us with all of our mortgage needs. Knows his stuff and got us the best rates availably every time. Could not recommend more highly.
A big very THANK YOU to David. My partner and I were first home buyers and the thought of buying was very overwhelming but David very quickly changed that for us. He was a such a pleasure and VERY helpful with any questions we had we had a lot lol. I can honestly say the process was very smooth and easy. If you need a mortgage broker definitely go with David

We have been a long-term client of Davids, and he has helped us with multiple loads. David always answers our questions with plenty of information and context. This helps us make good decision with our loan products before we even get to the point of loan application. He is always doing work in the background and when we get to the point of purchase, he checks that all parties banks, agents, solicitors are doing their jobs in the timeframes set out in the contract. David makes our job extremely easy. I would recommend David to anyone who wants a loan.

I have engaged Dave's services multiple times over the last 3 years when purchasingrefinancing both my home and investment property.
