Laura is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure the borrowing process is as stress-free as possible for our clients.
As well as overseeing a range of tasks associated with expediting loan applications, she stays in constant contact with clients to keep them informed on the progress of their application and is always happy to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
‘I work closely with Donna, supporting her in all administrative tasks, so she can dedicate more time to our clients,’ Laura says. ‘I stay up-to-date with lenders’ procedures and am able to help our clients navigate the various stages of the finance maze.’
Friendly, knowledgeable and reliable, Laura has been with Smartline (now Mortgage Choice) since 2015, and is experienced in all areas of both loan administration and customer service.
‘Before joining Smartline I worked in community service with Anglicare Counselling Services, Mission Australia and aged care, so I have lots of experience in client care,’ she says. ‘I enjoy building rapport with our clients and helping them along their borrowing journey.’
