Emma has been fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Emma was on top of everything the whole way through and kept us updated. Then when the loan documents arrived she found a few errors in them and had them redone and when they tried to charge us a fee to redraw the contract she argued it for us. Then when we realized we hadn't borrowed enough for the kitchen renovation and wanted to increase the amount Emma was all smiles as we planned the new details. Emma has been amazing and we will definitely continue to use her services and recommend her to others.

Emma has been my rock though my process she has gone above and beyond to help us out I could never repay her for what she has done for us. She was absolutely terrific and we finally settled last week. Emma doesn\'t know how much we appreciate everything she has done but I would certainly like to let you know. Emma gave me warning at the start about my special situation with Caveats. And helped out a lot with communicating to our settlement agent! I have done some property courses a few years back but i had forgotten some of the key things to do when buying eg flush the toliet to make sure the plumbing works.... maybe a 10 things to check before you make an offer would be good tips for people buying first home when they are preparing their finance etc :)
