Garry Sangwan is an extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring mortgage broker who will work with you to determine the best course of action depending on your unique circumstances.

Garry’s knowledge of lending products, structures and policies, combined with his ability to listen to and understand his client’s needs, means he will find the loan solution that is right for you. He is passionate about helping clients find a loan that puts them on the path to financial success.

His background as an accountant and as an insurance adviser means he has a comprehensive understanding of client needs in the finance industry. He is more than happy to spend the time with you to answer any questions you have and make sure you fully understand your options, can make informed decisions and are comfortable with your finance solution.

“I care deeply about my clients and always ensure their loan will not put them under financial stress. My number one priority is my clients’ needs,” he says.

Garry is thorough, responsive, and also ensures he is readily available to assist clients whenever necessary. “When time is of the essence, I’ll be there to make things happen as quickly as possible,” says Garry. “I believe in going the extra mile for to help my clients.”

With his excellent knowledge of loan products and services, Manpreet Singh strives to deliver positive outcomes. Courteous and respectful, he takes the time to get to know his customers and provide personalised, friendly advice based on their unique needs.

Manpreet has a positive, can-do attitude and goes above and beyond to put his clients at ease and ensure they are well looked after at every stage of their borrowing journey. 

“By providing considered and well-informed advice at the start of their journey, responding promptly to all enquiries and administration tasks, and keeping my clients updated, I help ensure their loan is processed as smoothly as possible,” he says.

Manpreet primarily assists clients who are eligible for first home buyer loans, and those seeking refinance options.

Manager, Team Operations

Sonam is a knowledgeable and dedicated finance administration assistant, working alongside Garry to ensure a fuss-free lending experience for their clients.

Prior to joining the Mortgage Choice team, Sonam worked in real estate, where she gained a thorough understanding of lender services, products and policies. She’s always ready to help customers navigate the loans maze with assistance and friendly advice on all admin-related matters.

“Arranging a loan can be overwhelming, and that’s why I’m here – to answer your questions and help with documentation and paperwork,” she says.

With a focus on responsiveness and a flair for detail, Sonam also handles all the behind-the-scenes admin support for Garry. “I do everything I can to ensure he can focus on what he does best, which is finding and negotiating the right loan solution for every

Senior Loan Admin

As the Williams Landing office’s admin assistant, Vartika provides essential support and assistance to the team and also to our customers. Friendly and proactive, she capably manages all internal procedural systems, documentation and filing, allowing Garry and Manpreet to dedicate more time to our valued clients. Vartika also assists eligible first home buyers to complete their First Home Owner Grant applications, and she is always ready to answer client queries or provide progress updates as required.

With previous professional experience in customer service and a responsive, focused approach, Vartika helps streamline the lending process for all our customers.

Receptionist/Loan Admin

Rhima is our extremely capable and friendly administrative assistant. Coming from Westpac Bank she is superbly organised and professional, with a welcoming smile, Rhima ensures everything we do for our clients runs smoothly. She supports our team in loan administration, customer service and office management.

Rhima is highly knowledgeable across the various loan products and is always on hand to help clients with their queries. She ensures our mortgage brokers have all the administrative support they need to assist our clients effectively and will update our brokers throughout the day wherever needed.

“My goal is to help our team deliver exceptional customer service and make the loan process as stress-free as possible for our clients,” says Rhima. “I can help clients understand what’s required throughout the loan process, and make sure they are kept up to date on the progress of their application. I’ll always do what I say I will do and solve any problems with a minimum of hassle. Open communication is key in a business like this, and our clients know they can check in with me anytime.”
