Garry Sangwan is an extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring mortgage broker who will work with you to determine the best course of action depending on your unique circumstances.

Garry’s knowledge of lending products, structures and policies, combined with his ability to listen to and understand his client’s needs, means he will find the loan solution that is right for you. He is passionate about helping clients find a loan that puts them on the path to financial success.

His background as an accountant and as an insurance adviser means he has a comprehensive understanding of client needs in the finance industry. He is more than happy to spend the time with you to answer any questions you have and make sure you fully understand your options, can make informed decisions and are comfortable with your finance solution.

“I care deeply about my clients and always ensure their loan will not put them under financial stress. My number one priority is my clients’ needs,” he says.

Manpreet has a positive, can-do attitude and goes above and beyond to put his clients at ease and ensure they are well looked after at every stage of their borrowing journey. 

“By providing considered and well-informed advice at the start of their journey, responding promptly to all enquiries and administration tasks, and keeping my clients updated, I help ensure their loan is processed as smoothly as possible,” he says.

Manpreet primarily assists clients who are eligible for first home buyer loans, and those seeking refinance options.

Jas is a knowledgeable and dedicated finance office manager, working alongside Garry to ensure a fuss-free lending experience for their clients.

Prior to joining the Mortgage Choice team, Jas worked in real estate, where he gained a thorough understanding of lender services, products and policies. He’s always ready to help customers navigate the loans maze with assistance and friendly advice on all admin-related matters.

Senior Loan Admin

As the Williams Landing office’s senior loan admin, Aman provides essential support and assistance to the team and also to our customers. Friendly and proactive, she capably manages all internal procedural systems, documentation and filing, allowing Garry and Manpreet to dedicate more time to our valued clients. Aman also assists eligible first home buyers to complete their First Home Owner Grant applications, and she is always ready to answer client queries or provide progress updates as required.

With previous professional experience in customer service and a responsive, focused approach, Aman helps streamline the lending process for all our customers.
