Ive been with Graeme since 08 and hes always there when I call and able to get me all tge info to pick the best loan deals based on my situation.
We stayed with him thru a separation and he got me a secure loan in weeks and I cant thank him enough.
He reviews your loan for you annually even when you havent asked and never suggests new products unless your current situation needs it so hes not profiting himself.
Very knowledgeable and efficient. Great service and makes life so much easier than dealing directly with the bank.
Graeme went beyond expectations to keep in contact with my conveyancer throughout my bad probate experience. He advised a loan that wouldn’t change rates and had a 6 month approval which saved me in the end. He was always available and prompt in getting back.
Ghramme went above and beyond , there was a few problems from our side like getting a passport and confirming visas but he muscled through .

We would like to thank Graeme for all of his help and support through an unexpected and extended process. We needed to create easements and restrictive covenants before our approved finance could be released. Greame helped us in dealing with financial institutions gaining extensions so we did not need to reapply and with solicitors and council to make sure our matter was approved in as short a time as possible. Now having obtained finance for the third time we feel 100% qualified to highly recommend Greame as a mortgage broker who really will do the very best for you always.

Graeme kept me fully informed and was proactive during the whole process of obtaining a loan. Graeme managed to negotiate a higher loan amount from the lender than they had originally approved, so that I could buy the property that otherwise, would have been out of my price range. Graeme exceeded my expectations. He went out of his way to meet with me on very short notice and worked hard to provide the best possible loan for my circumstances. I live in the US (San Francisco) and was in Sydney for less than 2 weeks. I contacted Graeme while in Sydney and he made it possible for me to travel back to SF knowing that he had thinks covered. WHAT I LIKED MOST WAS THE FACT THAT, DESPITE NOT BEING ABLE TO GET A MORTGAGE LOAN SOME FEW YEARS BACK, SMARTLINE STILL KEPT IN CONTACT WITH REGULAR UPDATE ON PROPERTY MARKET AND INTEREST RATE.
Always able to give advise even on none loan specific matters
Issues with NAB caused delays and errors in the process. A more comprehensive escalation and monitoring process should be introduced to reduce the impact on the end customer.

Is it possible for me to give Graeme 15's out of 10?? Greame and his team, in my opinion, far exceeded myself and my wifes expectations. Information was clear and transparent, I was constantly updated on everything, my requests for information were completed in no-time at all (especially the property history requests - invaluable! saved me thousands!).
