Gjoko Kotaleski

Gjoko started broking in early 2021, right after finishing university where he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce: Double Major in Banking and Accounting.

While he was initially set on a career in banking, broking caught his eye as you get to keep the client's best interests at heart and have access to more finance products / solutions.

Gjoko is so passionate about helping people realise their property and finance goals and works hard to get you the best deal - he is definitely someone you want in your corner with your home loan!

Cam Smith

Cam started broking in late 2021, with a particular focus on construction loans and first home buyers. Since then, he has assisted a wide range of clients with unique needs to achieve their home ownership dreams.

Cam is your guiding light every step of the way helping you feel empowered to make the right financial decisions and achieve your goals. His favourite part of being a Mortgage Broker is educating his clients on all things finance and helping you buy your dream home. Peter Keenan

Peter joined our team in the early days back in 2004. He started as a Mortgage Broker, then progressed to Sales Manager and now Peter leads our team as Managing Partner of the business.

He is a great mentor, boss and colleague who loves to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it. While he has stepped away from broking full-time, he still can't resist helping his clients and offering expert advice with the support of our team.

Richard Crommelin

Richard is one of the founding owners and Directors of our business. He started at Mortgage Choice back in 2000 as a solo broker working from his home office, before teaming up with a few individual brokers across Perth in 2003 to open our office as it stands today.

Richard took a step back from broking several years ago to focus on running and supporting the business and our team. He is always willing to lend an ear or share his advice on all things broking and business with us, so is a great sounding board for new ideas and challenges we come across. But his eagerness to keep learning and adapting is still as strong as ever, he even recently obtained his GAICD Company DIrectors accreditation.

Richard is a terrific supporter, mentor and champion for our team and clients.

Adele Haskett

Adele is our lovely Client Manager who takes care of all the behind the scenes aspects of your loan. She liaises with you, the bank and any third parties involved throughout your application process to make sure it's running smoothly.

Adele has been in the finance industry since 1978 and has worked in a range of banking and lending finance roles. Having been in the industry for so long, she is a finance and lending whiz! Adele is one of our longest standing team members at Mortgage Choice in Joondalup and surrounds, having started with us over 11 years ago. We don't know what we would do without her!

Rebecca Crommelin

The other Rebecca in our team is our expert on all things Marketing. She joined our team back in 2014 initially as a Marketing Assistant, but has since progressed to her current role of Marketing & Operations Manager.

Rebecca is a self-confessed spelling and grammar nut! She loves exploring new ways to introduce and promote our team and all the amazing finance & property services we offer.
