He has since expanded and the North Sydney branch provides the same personalised service that he and his team have won so many awards for. He has extensive knowledge of the home lending market and gains great personal satisfaction through assisting his team support their clients in achieving their property goals.

Graham's award winning team has been recognised for business excellence many times at both state and national levels (1998, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008) and in January 2009 he was named national Franchisee of the Year.

Senior Loan Processor

As the Senior Loan Processor, Chantelle is responsible for managing your loan application from the application process all the way through to the celebration of closing. Chantelle is known for her meticulous attention to detail – clients know they’re in good hands and can trust that they will be taken care of every step of the way.

With many years in the finance industry, Chantelle continues to enhance her skills and knowledge through studying. She has been working with the team for several years, and finds great satisfaction in helping clients through what can be a stressful process, and loves being the one to call and inform a client that their settlement is through!
