The entire process turned into an absolute nightmare through no fault of Julie, but one of the banks involved, without Julie's help and advise I don't think we would have gotten the settlement over the line,we received constant updates whether good or bad, haha,as you can imagine there was a fair amount of angst involved as it dragged out for almost 6mths, however,if unable to take our calls or msg's straight away Julie always got back to us asap!... just happy to finally have it sorted and as I said before it couldn't have happened without Julie's guidance and expertise!
