Jodie was instrumental in achieving a very good outcome for us as we refinanced our existing loans. She worked hard to get the best possible interest rates and the best possible set up of our loans and even though we encountered some obstacles along the way, she informed us of these obstacles as soon as they were apparent and then suggested or advised solutions to overcome these, so that we could achieve a great outcome. We would highly recommend her services to anyone who was looking at either obtaining a loan or refinancing an existing loan to get a better deal. It was a pleasure to have dealt with her and we were confident throughout the process that her energy and determination would see the process all the way through to completion.
