Hi anyone who is reading this post. I have found John to be very professional and patient, as when you are a bit older technology is sometimes not easy but John is very understanding. Stressful! Very poor customer service and communication skills. We initiated contact, we initiated updates. Wrong forms used in application process. Did not have trust in this particular Broker at all.
