I would like to say that everything katherine has done for us was extremely helpful and professional.The fact that we had minimal bank involvement made the process completely pain free,whilst keeping us abreast of our responsibilities.
We first applied for a loan in febuary 2014 to purchase a 70 acre lifestyle block with a brick home on it but were declined, Kathryn did not close the book on us she told us what we needed to improve on and how much extra money we needed to save. Kathryn kept in close contact with us phoneing us every 8 weeks to check in after a long wait our loan was approved in November and we are now in our new home. The service has not stopped there she called us after settlement to make sure everything was good and let us know that she would contact us in 12 months to catch up and to give her a call if we needed anything in the meantime.

My Advisor Katharine Smoother, is amazing & thanks to all her work we are now the proud owners of a beautiful home that we had been renting for 4 years. Overall good service, would recommend with one warning: One major negative was that the details of when the FHBG would be paid were not explained up front. As a consequence we had to scramble to get the extra money for the deposit for which we'd been lead to believe we could use the FHBG which we weren't eligible for until settlement and not at exhange. This was the only sore point for us, and we would recommend Katharine to our friends for her services.
I thought she was wonderful in regards to the general process of applying for a mortgage. She didnt have much knowledge of our bank but was very willing to find out and assist.

we were 1st put in touch with Katharine by a friend. we had ALWAYS been with our previous bank and never had any issues. after talking to Katharine we had found that she could offer us alot more with our loan. one to really suit us and our life. Katherine was a huge help. I admit to being financially incompetent so there were a lot of things that I didn't even know that I didn't know. Katherine was very patient with me and could even foresee things that I was likely to be unaware of and either handled the issue herself on my behalf or at least told me explicitly what I needed to do. As a first home buyer, the advise and assistance I received from Katharine was extremely beneficial. At the time I stumbled across Katharine, I was in the process of researching various loans and I was extremely confused. I had only a basic knowledge of loans and did not feel comfortable with any of the bank managers I met. I felt at ease discussing the process with Katharine and I felt a lot more comfortable getting assistance from an independant adviser.
We found our adviser to be very attentive to our needs and so very well equipted to be able to provide us ALL the potential options and advice to assist us in making the right choice of in a loan. I have had no hesitation in refering her to at least four couples considering property investment.
I did not get the feeling that katherine gave us many different options of Home Loan Lenders to look at but she was very good in customer service. Every time she send us something she followed it up with a phone call to make sure we received it and understood it. she is very very patient and does not mind explaining things over again.
