Lana Roos provides her clients with well researched and considered mortgage advice, ensuring the products and structures she recommends will meet both their current and future property and finance needs.

“I recognise the importance of listening to my clients, thoroughly investigating their needs and ensuring they understand and are comfortable with the solutions I’m putting forward,” she says. 

“As an active property investor, I know the process of buying properties and obtaining loans intimately and understand the importance of having the finer details of an application in order so it has the best chance of being approved. That high level of attention to detail can make all the difference.

“I’m always prepared to go the extra mile for my clients to help them understand the process and what they can expect, eliminating much of the stress and uncertainty.”

Lana also prides herself on her honesty, integrity and compassion.

She is able to assist all types of borrowers – first home buyers, those looking to refinance an existing property or purchase a new property, and those wanting to start or grow their investment property portfolio. She is also able to assist clients with their leasing and construction finance needs.

Lana is based in Ermington but offers a fully mobile service throughout metropolitan Sydney but can work with clients anywhere in Australia.

Stephan knows that communication is the key to being a successful mortgage broker. He prides himself on being an excellent listener, and with substantial personal experience in property investment, can relate to his clients’ situation.

“I feel this is essential in properly understanding a client’s financial needs and goals,” says Stephan. “Loan products must be suited to the client’s individual requirements and circumstances, and not put them in financial hardship down the track.”

Honest, reliable and with excellent knowledge of the various loan products, Stephan is available to assist with questions or queries at any time. “Clients need to fully understand the product they are choosing and I work hard to ensure they do.”
