Lauren has been our mortgage broker since 2010 and we would never go to anyone else She has helped us purchase a car as well as our past 4 homes - the last of these recently under an incredibly stressful family situation and she has done absolutely everything possible to help us get through it. The amount of scenarios she explored was incredible and her dedication to assisting us in achieving our goal was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced We value her compassion, understanding, patience and commitment as well as her friendliness and professionalism. Laurens knowledge is outstanding and her ability to explain everything step by step and provide calm guidance is a skill we admire and are forever grateful for. We highly recommend Lauren to everyone
Lauren and Teresa have supported me with all my mortgage needs for around 7 years, through the purchase of my first home, renegotiating rates, refinancing to add my husband to the loan, the sale of that home, the purchase of land and the use of a construction loan. Throughout it all they have constantly proven themselves to be invaluable, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs are met and that I have all the information needed to understand my options no easy task. I couldn't recommend Mortgage Choice Raymond Terrace more highly

Provide the options I was after and a few others for consideration. Regular communication and information about what I needed to do. Supportive of time abs access barriers while on the other side of the world. They took the time to not only understand the issues but support my application all the way through the process. I have used Lauren Murphy several times and she is amazing She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and helpful - always able to offer the best and honest advice very quickly. Lauren and her team are so easy to work with - nothing is ever a problem and they are always able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Lauren recently helped me secure a great home loan package super quickly and found a way to help me navigate some issues I had which made the purchase possible. I can not recommend Lauren and her team more highly and have referred others to her over the years who have also been very impressed

I would highly recommend Mortgage Choice at Raymond Terrace. They helped me through a difficult time and managed to refinance my mortgage with minimum fuss. The communication and customer service was excellent Thanks to both Lauren and Teresa.

Lauren was recommended to my partner and I at the start of this year, after having a meeting with her, we were both very happy with how welcoming and comforting she made the whole experience. With this being our first time buying a house it was pretty daunting but Lauren helped ease any feelings of stress or worriedness and guided us through the whole process. Lauren is amazing! She has been so helpful from first contact when we first bought our house a few years ago. Lauren is highly efficient and detailed with all her responses, from obtaining our first loan, the possibility of purchasing an investment property, to finally deciding to obtain additional funds for renovations. We had given up on buying a house. Uncooperative lenders and no real success with any real estate agents had us is despair. I don't know how I found out about Mortgage Choice but I knew there was a branch in Raymond Terrace - within a week or so I was told we could get a loan and we found a top real estate lady in Weston. That was it - in no time we had a house we loved at first sight and a loan to buy it. No dramas. We have already started moving in as I pause to write this. Thankyou Jody and Lauren.
