First I want to have an initial chat to find out what stage of the journey you are at.  You may have some initial questions, want to know how much you can borrow, how much deposit do you need, do you need a pre-approval.  You may already have some of the answers and want to know what is next.  Whichever stage you are at, we are here to work through all this with you to get you ready. 

Next we will get you to confirm your information using our interactive online tool.  We will also ask you to book in for a more formal meeting so we can dive deeper into your wants and goals, and we will get you to upload supporting documents.

From there I will assess hundreds of loan options from a wide panel of lenders and present you with your options.  I will research incentives that may apply to you and factor these into your options.

When you confirm you are happy to proceed I will take care of the paperwork and lodge your application with the lender you choose. I'm a big advocate of pre approvals as I believe they will add value to any offer you make.  It also gives you confidence as you know how much you can borrow, and it means you are not wasting your time looking at properties outside of your budget.

Your application is tracked from submission to approval and settlement, and I am still here to answer your questions along the way and provide all the support you need.

When your pre-approval is granted I can put you in touch with conveyancers and provide you with property reports to help you in your search.
