‘Since joining the financial services industry in 2012 I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise dealing with various lenders and their different credit policies,’ she says. ‘This enables me to give all my clients an exceptionally high level of service throughout the entire lending process.’
Louise became a broker in 2014, after being trained and mentored by her father, who has been in the banking and finance industry for over 40 years. Her credentials include a Diploma of Financial Services and a Diploma of Financial Counselling, and she specialises in assisting with home and investment loans, asset finance, commercial finance, personal loans, debt consolidation and business loans.
When arranging a loan, Louise strives to ensure the application process runs as smoothly as possible so the experience is pleasant and stress-free for her clients. ‘I start by taking the time to get to know my client’s needs, goals, individual circumstances and financial position to ensure a suitable lender and product is selected.’ She also utilises technology to help create a road-map for success. ‘I have access to state-of-the-art software that allows comprehensive comparison analysis between the array of banks and lenders that I am accredited with.’
Louise works closely with her customers right through the application process and beyond. ‘I like to help guide them through the process, responding to queries in a timely manner and continually providing updates throughout the application process so they always know what’s happening and when.’
As a Sunbury resident, Louise mainly focuses on Sunbury and surrounding areas, including the shires of Hume, Macedon Ranges, Melton, Moonee Valley, Moreland, Melbourne, Maribyrnong, Hobsons Bay and Brimbank. She offers a mobile service and is happy to meet with clients in their own homes or at a chosen location at a time that suits them.
