With 17-plus years’ industry experience, mortgage broker Mark Sieler is dedicated to providing his clients with accurate information so they can make well-informed decisions.
His experience with different types of lenders and through different economic cycles means he has accumulated a vast breadth of knowledge of lending products, structures and policies, and also understands the regulatory pressures facing the mortgage market.
“I know the products inside out, so once I understand my clients’ financial goals and dreams for the future, I can look outside the square to ensure they are achieved. I have great relationships with the lenders and am very experienced in getting loan applications over the line,” says Mark.
Friendly and personable, Mark also puts his clients immediately at ease. He is a great listener, who understands what borrowers are going through. Mark’s number one priority is satisfying – and exceeding – the needs and aspirations of his clients.
“Customer service is about communication. I make sure I keep clients up to date at key milestones of the application process, and am available to answer questions and queries at any time. My service doesn’t stop post settlement either. I work hard to ensure my clients retain a competitive rate and suitable loan product throughout the term of the loan.”
He is based in the Illawarra region but is fully mobile across Sydney metro and the Illawarra.
