Mortgage Choice Charity Foundation

The Mortgage Choice Charity Foundation (MCCF) supports people in need. Through contributions from our network and our parent company REA Group, the Foundation delivers real impact to registered Australian charities focused on people, their needs, housing and financial literacy. We believe that together, we can make an even greater impact to provide assistance where it is needed.  

The MCCF operates at both a national and state level, deepening the Foundation’s reach. During 2023, the MCCF raised more than $350,000 for 81 charities across Australia. 

The national committee selects a single charity to support each year. Our FY25 charity partner is Dolly’s Dream.  

Dolly’s Dream is an organisation committed to changing the culture of bullying through education and direct support to young people and families, which addresses the impact of bullying, as well as anxiety, depression and youth suicide.

The MCCF state committees select several local charities to support throughout the year. One of our state charity partners, the Starlight Children’s Foundation, has shared the positive impacts that the MCCF has had on their organisation.

At Starlight we know happiness matters to seriously ill children facing the pain, fear and isolation of hospital and treatment. Starlight uses play, creativity and social connection to help young people and their families cope in times of stress, and to positively impact their healthcare experience. Since commencing support of Starlight in 2023, Mortgage Choice has helped us bring joy to over 530 sick kids in hospitals. We are so thankful to have the support of Mortgage Choice.”
