Michele was amazing. Any question however big or small was answered and explained clearly. Very accomodating when it came to time lines and always made sure we understood everything properly. I have been dealing with Michele now for about 6/7 years. She has helped me with a few loans - to apply for them, change lenders, and she regularly reviews my loans to see if I can get a better deal. Michele makes the process far less stressful and I live over 800kms from her office! Give her a call. It doesn't cost you anything, and you've got nothing to lose.

Michele is very professional,helpful, approachable and patient to her clients. We can tell that she has passion with her job. She spent her weekends and after hours on helping us make the application be submitted in time and get it approved successfully. This maximised our investment returns. She was always willing to commnicate with every party involved to make the things easier for the clients. She was willing to explain everything we asked with her excellent home loan knowledge. She also helped us review the previous loan to assist us get the most out of our investment. I would say our expirence with michele definitely exceeded our expectation. And will recommend Michele and Smartline to people around.
