Your lender has a great plan. They lend you the money and they charge you interest while you pay your loan off over a 30 year period. And that adds up to a lot of interest!

So why not have your own strategy? This may mean things like:

- change from monthly repayments to fortnightly repayments

- increase your regular repayments
