Before contacting Sally, we were told our situation to obtain a mortgage would be too complicated due to my VISA and using guarantors. This resulted in us being offered extremely high interest rates elsewhere. However, I was recommended by a coworker to call Sally and we are SO glad we did. She was able to find us a great interest rate with multiple lenders and everything about our home buying experience was so smooth. I could not recommend Sally and Mark enough.
Sally Watson made buying my first home such an enjoyable experience. She was always there to answer my questions and guide me through every step of the process. I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Sally to anyone looking to buy their first home

Mark was diligent and provided an unbiased selection of banks to choose from, clearly outlining pros and cons of each. He was expert in his advice and had wonderful communication with us. We have used Mark a number of times now and will continue to do so.

Sally Watson was outstanding throughout the entire process - very patiently explaining repeating steps of the process our responsibilibies as well as being flexible with times to meet sign documents and was super diligent behind the scenes. We had a few complications and hiccups with changing processes systems but Sally was across everything, every step of the way and at was pro-active in communication the progress of the application throughout. Our prevous house purchase was a disaster costing us thousands of 's angst with delays in settlement thanks to a mortgage advisor being disorganised hands off - what a different experience Cannot thank Sally enough for a smooth process extremely professional service from start to finish.

I had an awesome, hassle free experience with Sally Watson. She is very helpful even on weekends or after office hours she replies to your emails and gets everything sorted out very quickly. My case was a very hard one because of our financial shortcomings and our bank statements were less than perfect but Sally still found a way for us to get through with our loan application. Even me and my wife were not expecting that we will be approved. Great help for everybody, Highly recommended.
