Sam is a friendly, approachable personal mortgage broker whose top priority is to make the borrowing process seamless, simple and stress-free for his clients.
He achieves this in several ways – firstly, by working collaboratively with clients to find a solution that aligns with their individual circumstances; by ensuring they understand all the complex details; and by providing advice and attentive service from initial enquiry right through to settlement and beyond.
“When working with my clients to find them a loan, I always start by listening to what they want and need, rather than telling them what they should do,” Sam says. “During the product selection process it’s important that the clients are able to understand why they are going to a particular product/lender – not just because I think it is best. Deciding where they end up is always a joint effort.”
As a self-described “people person”, Sam is relatable and easy to chat with and is committed to providing honest, realistic advice. “I’m not just a mortgage robot – my role is to always look out for the client’s best interests first — and sometimes that means not writing a loan if it’s not going to benefit them in the long term. Clients can trust that I’ll always advise what I believe is best for them.”
