Never a problem and this time purchasing was challenging as im overseas but he went above and beyond to help me out.
We have used Steve on two of our mortgages and found him to go ubove and beyond expectations.
Steve was great from beginning to end! we have a long history with him and he has been very reliable to advise us in the right direction. The CBA however could speed up their processes in terms of fast tracking loan applications.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Steve twice to arrange my home loans and have both times been easy to deal with and have nothing but positive comments about the whole way it's been dealt with.

Would like to have been contacted more regularly with what was going on and to be kept informed. Found that we had to ring and contact him with questions regarding the progress and asking if things had been done. It seem that when we rang only then did things seemed to happen.
We were happy with his advise and pleasant manner and found that he did help us a lot. But we\'re disappointed with his lack of ability to contact us.
Steve helped us through all the steps and answered any questions, made the stress of a re-finance much more bearable. We would greatly recommend him.

The service Steve gave to us was exceptional. We had a sale of our property and a purchase of another property with settlement on the same day. Thrown into this, it was Christmas and New Year and we left the country for 3 weeks, we returned one week before settlement and had an early possession. Everything was organised with no stress to ourselves. Steve has been our Advisor for approximately ten years and he has processed several deals for us. Could not be happier. Thanks Steve.
