Scott ensured delivery of an outcome that had a particularly tight timeframe for settlement. As a suggestion, with the many lenders that Smartline deals with, perhaps to get a better understanding of the requirements of each Lender with respect to satisfying the loan application. This would help minimise delays obtaining approval.

Our Broker was fantastic at the start when we met with him. However once we met again and worked out our loan and applied we had to contstantly chase him it was like dealing with a different person.
The almost 24 hr/7 day a week availability of my mortgage broker (Scott Stephens) made me feel at ease as did the vast knowledge Scott had on the numerous loan products available
