I am very unhappy - my loan rate has ended up higher than the website advertised rate. I am now left to speak to Macquarie directly to resolve this. I am currently stuck on hold trying to resolve this issue with Macquarie. This is my first experience in many years dealing with a broker - hard to see the value add.

Scott was so efficient and cool, he got us everything we needed with a rate 2% lower then what we were currently on. We didn’t have a straight forward application as I had been on maternity leave for 2 years, but Scott did everything efficiently we couldn’t be happier and we will definitely be recommending Scott

Scott did a great job and it wasn't an easy refinance so his help was crucial. He is calm and unflappable and immediately gets stuck in when an issue arises, and heading off problems before they could become a drama. He's one of the best people I've ever worked with.
