Mortgage Broker 

With a career in banking and finance spanning more than 25 years, Sharon Lee offers her clients an expert and professional mortgage finance service.

Sharon Lee’s commitment to providing the very best service to her clients is an important foundation of her work ethic.

“I want to take the hassle out of the whole process of dealing with lenders for my clients,” Sharon explains.

“I’ve now been working as a mortgage broker for 15 years – and I genuinely love my job. I get so much satisfaction from being able to use my experience to help people, and the feedback I get from my clients makes it all worthwhile!”

The breadth of Sharon’s knowledge and skill in the banking and finance industry makes her well suited to assist a wide range of clients – from first homebuyers through to experienced investors.

Before becoming a mortgage broker in 2000, Sharon spent 12 years working with National Mutual Royal Bank and ANZ. She has a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours, a Certificate IV in Financial Services and is also an Associate Member of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia.

While Sharon lives and works in the Port Melbourne and Brunswick areas, she offers a mobile service and currently cares for clients across metropolitan Melbourne and Tasmania, as well as expatriates living in Hong Kong and London.

Max O’Sullivan is a diligent, hardworking adviser who genuinely cares for his clients and loves helping people achieve their goals.

He is dedicated to ensuring that the entire loan process is as simple and as stress free as possible. Max strives to give clients peace of mind that they have obtained the right loan for their current situation as well as for their medium and long term aspirations.

Max has over eight years’ experience managing his family business which gives him a unique perspective and appreciation of the challenges faced by self-employed individuals when seeking a loan.

Max says, “I pride myself on being a good communicator. Having worked in customer service roles for most of my career, I believe that understanding people, their individual motivators and effectively listening is crucial to building successful relationships.”

Max works with all types of borrowers – first homebuyers, people refinancing or upgrading their property, and people wanting to start or grow their investment property portfolio. He is particularly enthusiastic about helping first home buyers.

Max has lived in the Moonee Valley area all of his life. He is happy to meet clients in the office and also provides a mobile service to meet with clients where and when it suits them.

Merideth has 10 years’ experience as a solicitor in one of Melbourne’s leading law firms, as well as experience in receptionist, marketing and client-service roles. Her exceptional organisational skills help to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
