Sin listens to his clients and works with them for as long as it takes to fit a loan to their individual situation.

“My priority is to build long term relationships with my clients so it’s important to me that they have absolute trust and confidence in me,” he says.

Sin believes that thorough research, packaging a high quality application and constant communication with all parties are key to “getting it right the first time”.

“Finding the right home loan solution is only the beginning,” he explains. “I provide clients with regular updates throughout the process and maintain contact beyond settlement to ensure the loan is always right for their circumstances.”

Sin has vast experience assisting clients with all their financial requirements.

“The best part of my role is helping clients to achieve their goals, whether that’s purchasing their first home or an investment property, or restructuring their current loans to better suit their changing circumstances,” he says.

Sin has lived in the Rockingham area for 20 years and is actively involved with local sporting groups and associations. He provides a fully mobile service and will visit clients at a time and place that is convenient for them, including evenings or weekends.
