From the depths of the ocean to the complexities of finance, my journey has always been about service and helping others navigate challenging waters. My early career in the Royal Australian Navy instilled in me the values of discipline, integrity, and a deep commitment to those I serve.

These principles guided me through subsequent roles in insurance sales and wealth management, culminating in leadership positions like National Complaints Manager at MUFG and EDR Team Manager at Insignia Financial. For over 18 years, I've been immersed in the world of finance, gaining invaluable experience in products, processes, regulations, and, most importantly, understanding the needs and expectations of clients.

I've seen firsthand how financial decisions can impact lives, and I’ve honed my skills in problem-solving, communication, and relationship management to ensure ethical and timely outcomes, even amidst complex disputes. Now, I'm charting a new course as a Mortgage Broker.
