With over 35 years’ experience in banking and finance, and a desire to deliver the best possible mortgage advice and customer service, Steve Long draws on his extensive product knowledge to help his clients access competitive loan solutions.
“I work for the client, not for the lender, so the advice I provide is always in the best interests of my clients,” Steve says.
“I take the time to really understand what’s important to my client so I can match them with the right product and strategy to ensure they can achieve their dreams and goals.
“I’ve held a variety of roles throughout my career– from branch manager, through to lender and financial planner – and I can take that ‘big picture’ perspective and look in detail at the various needs of and opportunities for my clients.”
Throughout the loan process Steve regularly keeps clients informed on progress and is available whenever they may have a query or a concern. “Once the loan is settled, my clients know they can call me at any time with any questions they might have, or to seek updated advice based on their changing circumstances,” he says.
Steve works with all types of borrowers including first homebuyers, people who’d like to refinance an existing property or purchase a new property, and anyone wanting to start or grow their investment property portfolio. He is also able to assist clients with their business finance needs.
Based in the Coffs Coast region, Steve offers a fully mobile service throughout regional New South Wales.
