Justin began his career at Bankwest, where he held a variety of roles over his 12-year tenure, (including seven years as a lender), before going on become a mortgage broker in 1999. With this breadth of experience and in-depth knowledge, he can readily identify the ideal solution for multiple different scenarios and confidently guides his clients through the entire lending process.

Justin’s expertise and client-focused approach are backed by the team’s knowledgeable and friendly support staff who are able to answer any questions that may present themselves as you move through your application.

As someone who lives, works and was schooled locally, Justin is highly active within the local community. Some of his contributions include: 

• Past member and vice-president of the Secret Harbour Dockers Football Club; past committee member and sponsor of the Secret Harbour Dockers Cricket Club; coached junior teams for both clubs for over 10 years. 
• From 2005 to 2012 Justin served as President of the Rockingham Kwinana Chamber of Commerce (RKCC); was awarded Life Member of the RKCC in 2013.
• Chairman of the Small Business Centre—South West Metro (Rockingham and Kwinana).
• Elected City of Rockingham Council representative for the Comet Bay ward, serving the ratepayers of Port Kennedy, Secret Harbour, Golden Bay and Singleton in October 2013.

James Eaves offers his clients a wealth of lending experience, having worked in banking and finance for over 20 years.

Completely dedicated to his clients, James has a friendly and professional manner that helps makes the loan process as stress free as possible. He is always available for questions and will meet with clients as often as needed to make sure they are completely comfortable with their loan choices. He is also committed to listening carefully to his clients’ needs and goals, to ensure he can find finance options that will match their requirements.

“I make sure clients understand the pros and cons of their choices,” says James. “No loan is perfect but finding the right option that can suit their needs is all important. I will always engage my clients in the decision making process.”

Honesty is paramount for James. “People do need to hear the truth, even if the answer is not what they wanted to hear,” he says. “As your mortgage broker, I will tell you what I think as I’ve learnt over time that honesty is overall most helpful for the client and therefore most appreciated.”

Office Manager/Mortgage Broker

Tayla has been working in the finance industry for over 5 years.

As office manager Tayla has helped hundreds of clients navigate the home loan process from beginning to settlement. After her years of experience Tayla has now become a mortgage broker in order to help more people.

Before her time in the finance industry Tayla got her degree in Psychology from the University of Western Australia.

“Helping clients navigate the home loan process and getting them into their dream house or a better financial position is the favourite part of my job”.

As someone who lives and works locally, Tayla has impressive knowledge of the local market and has been part of local community organisations for many years:

Jill is a seasoned administrator with a wealth of experience across many industries. Specialising in finance, administration and human resources, Jill has called WA home now for almost 30 years, having been born and bred in Tasmania - we don’t hold that against her though!

Jill is an empathic communicator, committed to delivering quality customer service to our clients, liaising with our panel of lenders and lightening the load of our team of brokers, all with a smile on her face and a willingness to add value wherever she can.

Being on the Rockingham foreshore is a definite highlight of the working week for Jill and in her spare time she loves to indulge her creative side with flow art and graphic design.
