I recently used Kathryn's services to source a loan after being very pleased with hers and Terry's services previously. Kathryn went above and beyond on a very tight schedule to make sure I was able to secure the loan I needed in time. I am very grateful for her efforts I cannot recommend Kathryn and Terry highly enough

The only reason I deal with Smartline is because of Terry Harrison. He got me my first loan a loooong time ago when I was 25 - almost 25 years ago - and he was manager of the local CUA branch in Toowoomba (now GSB). He has managed to do all my loans since, for personal and Self Managed Super Fund work. I have recommended Terry to family, friends and work colleagues and he has provided each and every one of them with the same level of service and genuine care that he has given me over the years. Terry and his wife Katherine are an absolute privilege to work with.
Mark was awesome. It was tricky at times and without his prompt actioning and frequent follow ups I'm not sure we would have got the great result we did.
Mark was great to deal with and kept me up to date with how our loan application was progressing. He communicated exceptionally well with me.
Our second time using Terry Harrison, once again he was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made the whole process very easy

This issue the 3rd property I have purchased with Kathryn. I trust her completely. She understands what my needs are and she provides great advise tailored to me. I do recommend Kathryn to everyone I meet. Having Terry as backup when Kathryn is away means always having help and never feeling anxious or alone when external party demands increase or decisions need to be made. I would never use anyone else.

The only thing i would suggest is that you explain to customers that payout figures from an existing loan can change dramatically on a a daily basis ie:- I was quoted $724.00 as a payout figure of my previous loan and then 3 weeks later that figure blew out to $2106.00 which i hadnt allowed for.
Terry's service and advice has been exceptional - nothing has been too much trouble in fact he has gone above and beyond in every aspect the loan process. It is not very often that you come across a professional service that can full fill the marketing pitch with such integrity and completeness the way Terry has for us. With Terry in our corner we felt assured that nothing was left to chance and that he always had our best interest in mind. Terry's fantastic communication and follow-up at least made the "waiting game“ somewhat more bearable. Hence we have nothing but praise for Terry's work and service - absolutely the best in the business.
