Mortgage Broker 

With 35 years of experience in finance and banking, Theo thrives on sharing his knowledge and expertise to help his clients access the finance they need to build a strong future.  

Theo’s financial career began with Commercial Bank of Australia and later he worked with Westpac. Working through various departments, he gained in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and housing lending. He found his calling in helping the people of Bunbury fulfill their dreams of property ownership when he became a mortgage broker in 1990.

Theo uses his financial expertise to identify the property loans that meet his clients’ unique needs. His dedication to his customers is evident in his commitment to verifying details in the loan applications and taking the time to explain the process. Diligent and responsive, Theo follows through on the transaction until it closes, and then makes himself available after the settlement. 

His client commitment has earned him a well-deserved service-oriented reputation that continues to draw repeat and referral business.

Administration Assistant

Sandy Bocchetti joined the Mortgage Choice team after 30 years of banking experience with ANZ. Sandy has an extensive knowledge of banking and finance, having worked in many different areas of the ANZ, including 10 years in the commercial lending department.

Sandy was raised in Bunbury and loves the community and lifestyle the city offers.

Administration Assistant

Lorna joined the Mortgage Choice team in February 2016 and brings over 30 years’ experience in the finance industry with her. She has worked for the Bunbury branches of the Commonwealth and ANZ Banks, covering a variety of roles including customer service, settlements, lending and assistant manager.

Lorna completed a Diploma in Finance (Conveyancing) in 2010 during her time as a settlement agent, and believes that her knowledge and experience in the banking and conveyancing industries assist in her role as PA.

Lorna enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Administration Assistant

Debbie joined the team in January 2022, following a 15-year career in customer service at Bankwest. She was responsible for helping customers open accounts, apply for personal loans and credit cards, and educating them on their banking options and online and mobile banking systems. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Director – Administration 

Mary has worked alongside Theo in the mortgage broking business since 1992. Previous to that, she had 15 years’ finance experience with Westpac Bank. Mary enjoys travelling and playing golf; her other great loves are her family and the Dockers.
