When I first spoke to Stacey she was very helpful. I was surprised to see how young she looked. Stacey was very knowledgeable and knew her products well. After the settlement, I had a few inquiries where the customer service officers weren't able to explain to me. Stacey was able to answer my inquiries with ease. I was very impressed. I have had the assistance of many brokers in the past but Stacey is by far the best with her knowledge, her approach, and especially her customer service was outstanding.
