Tracey simplifies the process of buying your first home by providing all the information and services needed to make this an exciting and stress-free time for you.

Clients frequently return to refinance their loan or build their investment portfolios. Tracey works closely with her clients to ensure their borrowing requirements are right for their circumstances.

She builds an ongoing relationship with each client and stays in touch with them throughout the life of their loan to keep them informed and up to date with any changes that may affect their loan.

Lacey joined the Mortgage Choice Esperance team in September 2020. 

As part of the Mortgage Choice Esperance team, Lacey is focused on ensuring all our clients receive the attentive, personalised service that we pride ourselves on delivering.

Lacey's role is to ensure that each customer's loan application is processed effeciently and without fuss. She manages the documentation and paperwork on our customers' behalf, and is always ready to answer your questions and provide assistance as your loan pregresses. 'Following up with the customer and delivering excellent service are my top priorities,' she says. 'I'm always available to help out and work hard to ensure customers are kept up-to-date every step of the way.'
